Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments offer amenities and a living space you can make your home. The 2 bedroom apartment offer 2 baths. The master bedroom has an adjourning bath with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom, which has been used as a den, sewing room, office or guest room, is across from the second bathroom. That bath has a walk in shower. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, plenty of cabinets and room for a small kitchen table. There is also a spacious living area perfect for hosting guests. A covered porch provides a second exit from the apartment. The 1 bedroom apartments has a great room that is the kitchen, kitchen equipment and living space combined into one room. The bedroom has an adjourning bath with a tub and shower combination. Included in the monthly rent of the apartment are the basic utilities, gas, water and electric. Also, individual control heating and air conditioning. The apartments are scheduled for vacuuming and cleaning the bath weekly. The noonday meal is included in the monthly rent and is served in the main dining room, of the Fair Hills Residence, family-style. All the amenities available in the Fair Hills Residence are also available to the Fair Hills Apartments residents. These include, use of library, visiting a nurse, buying stamps, bingo and all other activities. Financially the apartments are reasonable priced. There is no buy-in fee to live in the apartments. |
